"It was a beautiful resort. We had the swim our family club room. It was great for our young children and access to all the family club amenities. I am not basing our vacation off of this. It was excellent after this however our check in was a bit rocky with a room that hadn’t been cleaned(mold in the sinks), fridge didn’t work, tv and phone was broken. "Property was beautiful but could use updating. Staff was excellent. Rooms were small and we didn't like not having a separate bathroom from the rest of the room. We informed them that we would be there for our honeymoon when we booked months in advance and were not offered an upgrade. Instead we were given cheap champagne & a couple chocolates on the 2nd day after complaining at the front desk."
