"Very courteous staff, and clean hotel/room. Included breakfast buffet was very good, dining room had a great view over the lake. Did not use the outdoor thermal pool or bicycles due to rainy conditions. Nice location from which to walk around town."

"A very nice hotel. The room was comfortable and we liked the small pool. There is a spa, sauna and gym equipment. There is a roof area with loungers and a tub. Breakfast is very good with a large selection of fruits and cereals and the Italian version of bacon and eggs. I won't comment on the evening meals as Italians eat a bit different to English. Finally the staff, excellent "

"The best area is the new adults only whirlpool and panoramic sauna which has been built in thr last 2 years. This is more in line with the facilities at lefay dolomiti. The other main sauna and hammam areas probably need a refurbishment. They seem either too hot so cant stay in them long or not hot enough and there are no benches just individual seats in a circular way which means you are facing other people and cant lay down. Also its really relaxing adding different colours and music into the...

"Generally the hotel is excellent except for the mattress which is too old. And it was not soundproof as we were interrupted by the noise late at night. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and the breakfast was good. "
