"This a wonderful location! Really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the housekeeper gentleman. We just our last morning no hot water to shower, sent a message which was read right away (WhatsApp) but not responded to until check out time. Check in was a little tricky but they were helpful to get us in. Maybe it was having no WiFi and the jet jag…one suggestion would be a sign at the bottom of the stairs saying to go up a “half floor” to the office for check in....

"The staff at 15 Quindici could not have been more helpful. Prior to check in they were fully informative over text and this made the whole check in process so smooth.
