"Excelent"

"The staff was great. The hotel is very nice and up to date. The breakfast was plentiful Unfortunately they've had a lot of rain and we had a small colony of ants in the bathroom. Also the pillows were very hard, which u think is an Italian thing as we experienced that in every hotel we stayed in. This is a great location for staying prior to flying out of MXP as it is literally 5 minutes to T1 and car rental returns. We have stayed here often over the years."

"I travel to Milan for work often and this is my favorite neighborhood hotel and really close to Linate in cases of those early morning flights. Across the street is a huge supermarket and around the corner your typical places to eat and shop. The staff is always friendly and prompt with service. They nake you feel right at home!"

"Rooms need to be maintained. We changed rooms three times. Air con not working. Then air con too loud. Third room and a fridge that did not work. Night staff not very helpful. Did not seem to care. Said to open a window. "

"Perfect location if you take a flight from Malpensa , excellent service . Shuttle to the airport is a plus. I had an easy and comfortable stay and enjoyed the friendly service and buffet breakfast. I arrived at the airport close to 22:30 due to delay, they accommodated me with the shuttle. A "

"The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently."
