"In short, this is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The staff is helpful, warm, courteous and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and elegant. The rooftop bar and restaurant have an amazing view of the city. The location is perfect: The Duomo and The Galleria are only a few mintues away on foot, and Linate is 20 -25 minutes by car/taxi."

"I liked the location. I just kept having issues with our shower not draining. I let housekeeping know but it still kept happening. They did clean it and kept leaving extra towels for the mess. Thankfully we were just there three days. "

My only issue is that someone tried to get in our room while we were sleeping at night and it really frightened us. The front desk ended up calling to explain that someone on staff attempted to enter our room by mistake, but as a women traveling with two teenage girls it was not a welcome intrusion. Other than that, they were courteous, arranged for our airport transfer, and the property...
