We needed assistance making international calls for an insurance claim, and Takumi was very helpful in assisting us to make sure we were taken care of — this was greatly appreciated. The location was great to get to Tokyo Dome to watch a baseball game. We will stay here again when we return to Tokyo. "

"Decently sized rooms and great location, on the “quieter” side of Shinjuku. Perfect for a stay with a young family. Would definitely recommend. Very easy to walk to station, shops, etc. Bed was a little too firm - we had 3 king singles which was perfect for us however. "
