"The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. The concierge staff, Jan, is very knowledgeable and can provide helpful recommendations on dinning and shopping."

"One of the best locations in Nihonbashi. Right next to Tokyo Station. Tons of great restaurants. Two dept stores close by, Daimaru and Takashimaya. Easy to get to other spots in city. Quieter area, less crowded, has everything you need. The rooms are spacious with kitchen and washer dryer. Staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend."

"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"
