The staff were always friendly and helpful. The suite was an incredible room with the kitchen area and the washer/dryer in room was so helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
The staffs were helpful and gave great accommodation. The service was amazing, allowing for a peaceful and fulfilling trip. The rooms were clean, big, and had all the necessary necessities.
My family and I loved everything about this property. The location was close to great restaurants and shopping. Public transportation was a short walk. The washer/dryer combo in the room was the cherry on top. The Grand MONday will be our go to spot on future trips to Tokyo.
everything about the property was just great . great location , great rooms, great front staff. Will absolutely stay again. Had everything we needed and only what we needed from a hotel. No useless extras.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
Excellent stay for our family of five! The room was spacious by Tokyo standards, clean, and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer and kitchenette were especially helpful when traveling with kids. The location was perfect—close to train stations, restaurants, and shopping, yet quiet at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay at Grand Monday Ginza again on our next trip to Tokyo!
The room was spacious, had great amenities and it was a great experience! I would 100% stay there again. The room was clean and the access to a washer/dryer was a huge help! We would load and start the wash before we left for the day and come back to clean, fresh laundry! If you are traveling with family, especially kids, this is a great place to stay!
Very clean and stylish hotel. Accommodations like complimentary umbrellas, washer & dryer, laundry detergent, and bottled waters helped our stay in a foreign country. The staff were very professional and kind. Taking care of our luggage on checkout day also helped us enjoy one more day of travel.
This place was perfect for my wife and I and 2 daughters. The staff was polite and helpful. Loved our 5 night stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our hotel room was quite spacious and clean making our stay here very comfortable. The hotel was within a manageable 20 min walk to Ginza, 24 minutes to Tsukiji market and 12 min to Tokyo station where you can catch the direct shuttle to NRT airport. All in all very satisfied with our stay here.
This hotel was perfect for our family of six. Very conveniently located on the Ginza metro line with a 7-11 directly across the street! The room was clean and comfortable. We loved our stay here.
