"The property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood just a short 10 minute walk to senso ji and lots of food and drinking establishments, and shopping.i highly recommend this place and area."

"Staff was very friendly. The hotel was surprisingly clean, organized, and well equipped. The washer/dryer in the room was nice with the provided laundry detergent. The bathroom and kitchen were clean with all utensils wrapped in plastic bags for cleanliness. I was able to leave my luggage after check out which were locked up by staff. The room was spacious with king size bed. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very close to the train station, a supermarket, convenience stores and all other shops. The apartment is located in a residential area, so it's pretty quiet. The room has everything you need, and it was very handy to have a washing machine in the room. I appreciate smooth and prompt communication with the owner, and I found he was very helpful. I truly recommend this property."

"The bad: the bedroom had mold and the stairs leading to the bedrooms downstairs were a death trap. The good: communication and service were great. The location is unbeatable. They communicated the would get someone to come in clean and correct the problem, Tokyo has had a lot of rain. But the mold and mildew smell was so bad that we could not stay there. Late at night with a ton of luggage had to try and find a last minute hotel (which ended up costing a lot more money) they did refund...

"We loved the property! It is about a 15 minute walk to the train station, there is a bus stop right outside and another bus stop about 5 minutes away. 7/11 is almost right beside here. We loved being away from the heavy tourist areas to stay and being around more locals here. Everyone around here was very nice. Everything we needed was here. 2 toilets and enough room for everyone to get ready for the day comfortably. We talked about it as we were leaving and said next time in Tokyo we would...

"Place is in a relatively good location, one straight road/path and then a left (easy for tourists to remember) from Shinjuku Station - Place was exactly as described & the check-in/out process was simple! The host has amazing communication, both prior too and during my stay (was very clear on what to expect on arrival, provided clear instructions of any rules/processes required). I’d say the host went above and beyond for the cleaning process (as where I live we only use one bin for mostly...

"We loved this hotel! I think we may have been upgraded to a larger room than what we had booked because we ended up with a room that had a separate bedroom and then it had a small kitchen, table, and Japanese style table. The hotel was conveniently located and was in a nice, quiet area and was very walkable. It was one block to a train station that we used frequently while in this part of town. The hotel had a small entrance room with a desk for check-ins and check-outs, as well as additional...
