"We stayed 7 nights on this hotel, the staffs are so helpful. Incredible view of the city from 13 floor. Breakfast was great and has a lot of choices. The hotel is walkable to Shinjuku Station and Higashi Shinjuku Station. A lot of good retaurants around the are and very close to a lot of convinient stores. "

"Loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the accommodations were excellent. Having the metro line under the hotel was an added bonus. The one minor issue is that the surrounding area was not a vibrant as some of the other areas we visited. This is due to the govt building complex around the Hotel. It may also be that we did not explore this area enough in short visit (4 day). I would definitely recommend and stay here again. "
