"So many people complaining about refunds which this hotel were not processing. I changed me dates 10 days in advance for my second stay with them. Expedia app confirmed ok but never went through and hotel refused to refund despite the lady on reception helping me change it.
Scamming hotel. Was not just me. The staff are rude and unhelpful."

"Great hotel, superb location in the middle of the action! The breakfast is amazing! They dont offer mineral bottles or coffee in the room, but there is a 7 eleven store at the ground floor to get your own."

"I arrived at the hotel at 5am and approached the large red doors to the property. The large windows in the lobby were esthetically pleasing when checking in at the digital counter. The checking was easy using name and confirmation number. Another family was present and struggled to check in and watched my process to aid them as well. Towards the end of my check in process the computer failed to provide my keys but with a quick ring of the bell, a staff member appeared and provided assistance....

"Location was great. There are many reasonably great restaurants in the neighborhood. I loved the public bath very much. If we will be back to Tokyo, we'd like to stay there again.
Only one thing, I saw parson who has tattoo on full body int he public bathroom. The kind of person should not be allowed to be in the public bathroom. It was really uncomfortable situation for the others."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tokyo. It is located in a quiet area, which was a nice escape from the busy city, while still being convenient for getting around. The hotel itself feels modern and luxurious, and everything was clean and well maintained.
One of the biggest advantages was that all of the staff spoke English very well, making communication easy and helping us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Everyone was professional, friendly, and welcoming.
