We thought this hotel was perfect for our first trip to Tokyo. It was in a great location, easily accessible by train (station was a 5 min walk), and it was surrounded by many restaurants. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were helpful. Our only complaints were that there wasn’t a bar in the lobby as we could have used it after a long day of walking and we thought the breakfast buffet was was overpriced for what was offered (I think we paid $44 Cdn, which is more that most hotels of any level). Overall though, great location, clean room with good size beds, we would definitely recommend this to any other travellers.

Location was great, less than 5min walk from Shimbashi station. Room was very clean and the daily cleaning service was excellent. The rooms and hotel corridors are a little tied in some areas. The staff at the check-in desk weren’t very friendly but all other staff were very polite. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of Japaneses and western options.

The hotel is expensive but close transportation. No taxi needed from here to any place in Tokyo. Major JR lines and Shinkansen also within walking distance. Good restaurants, but expensive, also nearby. I will recommend to the travelers who opt in for concenimece over cost.

We stayed in a junior suite as we were a family of 3 - I can highly recommend this option as we had a huge room on the 20th floor (2023) with fabulous views of the Tokyo tower and skyline, two king size beds and a single, plus a living room / dining area and small kitchen space. The room came with a free minibar, restocked at every room clean or turn down, as well as access to a club lounge (think business class lounge) with free food and drink throughout the day. Breakfast was either in your room, at the à la carte restaurant or at the buffet. The first two options are identical, and a little odd. (Veg soup and salad with your western breakfast?) the buffet was fabulous and def our fave. I would note that arriving less than half an hour before it ends at 10am is not recommended. Superb location 3 mins from the tube and an easy walk to plenty of great places to eat and drink. Overall we loved this hotel and would 100% return.

Amazing location for your first trip to Japan. Right near the train station and 1 block away from the restaurant district. I highly recommend this hotel as it is reasonably priced for the area and right near to the posh shopping district.
