"Best in everything"

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Amazing staff as well. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Lovely tea and snacks included as well. We used the Osen, gym nearby (extra change), hand the traditional dinner and breakfast in our room and toured around Tokyo. The hotel is located in the financial district which was a little too quiet on the weekends and none of the underground restaurants were open. Other than that, our experience was perfect. Would definitely recommend. "

"Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."

"Free breakfast was nice. Food quality was decent for Japan, wouldn't be something to pay for. Staff is friendly and nice. A little far from train or metro station (12 min walk to Akiba)"

"The hotel is fantastic, it's in great condition considering it's age. The staff are more attentive than at most of the 5 star hotels I've stayed at and the food options on site are exceptional. Especially the small bar. The rooms are a little dated but it's more like being in a movie set during the showa period than run down everything has been kept up well. While it's in essentially the inner core of Tokyo its in a quiet location,you don't have endless bar and restaurant choices in the...

"Very good experience, professional staff, location is ideal (close to subway stops), beautiful hotel garden. A couple of negative points: check-in process was long, the hotel is very luxurious but old facilities and needs to be refreshed (expand the fitness room, add streaming services in room TVs, general decor…), sometimes long breakfast line in the morning (maybe expand the breakfast hours?). "
