"It’s a small but very clean and nice room. The only “complaint” I’d have is the lack of AC (you have to open the window). Other than that, the staff was very friendly and it’s a nice hotel. "

The lounge was great for tea, cocktails and breakfast. We also appreciated the staff help at the bell desk with taxis."

"Beautiful property that is very well maintained. The staff was very helpful. The property is very large and you can get lost! There two hotels that are attached. The Otani main and the New Otani Garden. The hotel(s) remind me of the ones in Las Vegas, only a lot cleaner and nicer. There are a lot of high end stores on the lowers floors of the New Otani Garden hotel. There are many different restaurants in the hotel. We tried several and the food was excellent. They have their own private garden attached to the hotel. It is quite beautiful. The ponds are filled with the largest Koi I have seen."

"Great location, next to train station and restaurants. The hotel itself is run down and in desperate need of an upgrade. The room was dirty and hadn’t been dusted. The furniture was old and worn. The chair was ripped and dingy. Walls were banged up and damaged from luggage. It’s unfortunate that it was in sad shape as the staff was very nice and accommodating."

"we didn’t have breakfast included, but I would recommend it. The room was very comfortable in the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed that Japanese garden. Lots of places to eat in the hotel."
