Everything was contactless, hotel room was smaller than imagined, decent but more closer to 3 stars not 4 stars. Liked it was easy to check in and out also can store luggage for free. Location is the best thing about this hotel, close to subway station and major shopping and restaurant area.

The individuals are super nice and always smiling. The room is very well cleaned and they provide lockers for bags and spaces for luangagges if you want to walk around Tokyo before leaving for the airport. Very good place!
