Charleston is a friendly and polite city and everyone we encountered at the hotel was very professional but also warm and friendly. True Charleston hospitality. "Perfect walkable spot in the heart of Charleston! Loved the art museum experience within our own hotel, including an artist's ongoing oil painting that we would walk by every day near the lobby. Breakfast isn't super hearty but a muffin and a piece of fruit to get you going for the day. The staff is attentive and we loved the evening cookie delivery!"

"This place was a small operation where the few folks know well the usual guest needs and handle them quite efficiently. The valet service was great. Everyone is friendly.
