Beautiful hotel in a great location. Clean and aesthetically pleasing. Loved the attached pool and restaurant where we spent a lot of time at, but we just wish the pool area was bigger and had more servers walking around taking orders.

Everything was great!! We went to the bar twice and breakfast once and had a wonderful experience each time. The only thing that could've been a little better was the A/C. We were there during a heat wave and the A/C never got as cold as the temperature that we set (I think the lowest possible selection was around 70-72, nothing crazy).

This hotel was perfect! The staff, particularly Ryan at the front desk, were knowledgeable and so friendly! The amenities in the Gear Garage were perfect for bike rides and beach days. The food onsite was excellent and the bar so fun. Pool was a great way to spend a day. Loved it so much!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Ryder Hotel! The location is fantastic and perfect for exploring Charleston, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were also great and the overall atmosphere was fun and welcoming. That said, our room was very small, and being located directly next to the elevator made it a bit less comfortable than we would have liked. Overall, though, the great location, friendly service, and amenities made for a nice stay.

We were made to feel welcome when we arrived. Very nice 2 Queen bed room. There is a nice pool and breakfast was perfect and they offer a $10 credit for breakfast. It is a perfect location to see down town, we were able to walk to many venues. Check out was easy and again staff were very nice.

The Ryder Hotel is a whole vibe. It's retro-styled, a very hipster atmosphere but good for the family too. It's walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Love that it has a coffee shop right on the premises. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was lovely. Perfectly located & central to most of downtown Charleston. We found the pool area to be quite busy during the week & also the staff to always seem slightly rude and inconvenienced whenever being served at the pool. We stayed in one of the suites and although it was large and extremely spacious, the floors were scuffed and the cupboards in the kitchenette were off their hinges. The hotel could be better maintained.
