"Cleanliness. Staff was friendly, location great. We didn't like that I coffee pot was cleaned with bleach. First cup of tea made, one swallow made me sick. You could smell the bleach. The cigarette refuse bin outside was full and not emptied. The tall thin blue thing. We don't smoke, but witnessed the cigarette trash in flower pots and plants, which was distasteful. We entered in a side door to see this, not sure if all were the same."

"This is a very old building and we really loved the location. Everything we wanted to do was very walkable. The property is having some repairs done to the stairs up to the second floor which was good to see. The cleanliness of the tile and fixtures in the bath could use a bit more tlc.
