"We visited in October. It was a lovely weekend and really got to enjoy the pool and outside area. From check in to check out however the staff was not helpful. We seemed to be bothering the front desk at both check in and check out and both times were approached with “Yeah?” Rather than a simple “How can I help you?” Or maybe even “Hello”
Bar staff also did not give us any warm feelings and acted as though we were bothering them by asking for a beverage.
The Fish House was very busy the morning we went for breakfast and seemed to look through us as we waited to be seated, ordered or asked for the check.
Otherwise, great location. We loved the bikes, the shuttle and the robes."
