A couple of negative points: check-in process was long, the hotel is very luxurious but old facilities and needs to be refreshed (expand the fitness room, add streaming services in room TVs, general decor…), sometimes long breakfast line in the morning (maybe expand the breakfast hours?). "This was a very nice hotel. The staff were amazing. Very friendly, very polite. I would rate this hotel a 10 on almost everything except I found that the rooms could be cleaned a bit better. The walls and ceiling were dirty the doors were dirty...needs to be wiped down properly especially since this is such a high-end hotel, and the vents and fans are full of dust like they haven't been cleaned for years. I was quite surprised. Also our first night there was a stain on the bed sheets and there...

"The hotel has a very good location, close to one of the train stations. The room was small but it got a great view. The staff was very nice, polite and accommodating. I'll book again this hotel if I'll visit Tokyo."

"I stayed at this hotel for the live concert at Tokyo dorm. You can take a subway there yet it's about 15 minutes by foot. There are enough convenience stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is small but pretty clean and updated. The downside was that there’s a hair left on the pillow and that there’s no instructions for the in-room safety. They don’t have a smoking area so if you smoke this hotel is not for you. "
