Everything went well, clean, beautiful view from window.Great location too. Right in the heart of roppongi. Staff were helpful enough. I didnt require them as they had everything i needed already. Great amenities, all the essentials. Great value hotel, worth the price. Massage chair is amazing.

The rooms were small The baths had mold and we had to change two times out room to get a bath somewhat acceptable. The hotel needs to think about the pluming and ventilation in the baths. The location was good near Mori building and midtown tokyo And near subway station
