had a wonderful stay! The service was truly excellent — everyone was super helpful, kind, and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities are amazing, and the lounge area is especially comfortable and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Excellent hotel. Excellent Staff. Great location. Very nice room. Great views of the city. I had a wonderful stay with my family. Great breakfast buffet in the morning.

We had to change rooms as the air conditioning in the room was not effective in the Tokyo summer. From there on we had a great stay, the staff were very helpful and did everything to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent. The train station is close and convenient although the walk to some platform lines is almost 1 Km from the entrance which is not unusual in Tokyo.

Amazing staff, pool was amazing. We had the Mizu suite for 2 adults + 2 kids. It was a little small - living area is not physically separate from the bedroom, and the pull-out couch is a double (not a queen). Breakfast was superb, plus all the lounge amenities. Kids were treated well. Would definitely stay here again (but would try and get a bigger room for 4). Thank you!

Very nice and friendly hotel that is to me one of the best choices for a hotel I could have made. Great location, very good beds to sleep on after an exhausting day of walking and enjoying Tokyo 😁. Lastly, their buffet restaurant was a good option in case you just wanted a great bite to eat but just a word of caution that there is basically no variation per dinner, per night, as far as we could tell. But given the great quality of the food, it wasn't a deal breaker for us.
