"A Quiet Hidden Gem
We loved our stay at the Tiki Tiki.
If you’re looking for a calm stylish hotel, this is it.
We loved relaxing by the pool as well as exploring the area on rental bicycles arranged by the hotel.
If in Tulum again, we would definitely return.

"Lovely spot with fabulous friendly and helpful staff!
We only stayed one night to get away from an all inclusive resort ( ot our scene), and this place "
"Gorgeous apartment with a lovely plunge pool to cool down during the day. The communication was excellent throughout our stay, they shared lots of information ahead of our arrival and were always on standby over whatsapp for anything we needed.
The location of the apartment itself was a little quiet, with lots of construction work happening everywhere around so beware of noise and dust. We didn’t mind too much as the complex had security and you can rent bikes to cycle into downtown tulum or...
"This hotel was a little oasis, we had an amazing stay. The rooms were spacious , clean and had amazing attention to detail. Service was exceptional and food at restaurant was delicious. Very highly recommended!"
"This is hidden gem in Tulum, it has a lot of charm. I go diving with Infinity2Diving and they are around the corner from this hotel. The staff is ver accommodating and friendly. The chef there is ready to serve you a great breakfast. I will definitely stay there for all my upcoming diving trips. Thank you Strabon!!"

"The house was very comfortable for the seven of us and the host was very hospitable and welcoming. The additional extra services that are available are a great addition. We didn’t use them because I didn’t know about them tilll I read the house book information at check in. The pool was perfect temperature. Over we would go back again! "
"The staff was amazing and attentive; they made sure we could access everything and made the reservations for our dinner plans. Her recommendations for the different restaurants were attractions of their own. I booked a massage and it was worth every penny. "
"Holistica was wonderful. It is not near to walk downtown or the beach area. If you plan to stay there and not venture out it is a great experience. If you want to spend more time in Tulum, you will need to rent a scooter or car."
"Overall, there are likely not enough words to describe our stay at Muare Tulum. If you’re looking for a peaceful, tranquil stay, you will find it here. The rooms were stunning, from the design to the comfort level. It was similar to having your own private oasis, and we enjoyed whenever we returned from an excursion.
Enjoyed the onsite restaurant, and had numerous meals there. The included breakfast was perfect, and there were additional options available for those with a more picky palate.
Overall, the staff were above par. Special shoutout to Mauricio at the bar, who I enjoyed interacting with daily and his recommendations for places to visit in the Tulum. All staff were great and made the experience incredibly enjoyable.
Would certainly stay here again in any future trips.
Only commentary, and this probably applies to Tulum in general, is the high rate of taxi’s and shuttle options. The hotel was helpful in securing a private transfer from the airport which, as a first timer, was appreciated. Taxis charge fixed rates to most Tulum sites, so for myself, I likely will look to rent a car next time to ensure I have more options to explore as necessary. Again, not a reflection of the hotel in any way shape or form, but a general comment to navigating around Tulum. "
