"Just spent 6 days at Be Tulum and it was fantastic. The staff are friendly and every attentive and the hotel was immaculately well kept, even with the seaweed that is in season right now. Concierge service was great (ours was July and she took care of everything). Food was great too, and the atmosphere magical. Highly recommend! "

"Absolute paradise. This is a spectacular beachfront hotel, and by far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the beachfront rooftop room with a jacuzzi, which was a stunning room - probably the best room we've ever stayed in. The view was a dream. When it was too hot for the beach, we sat on the balcony, sipping drinks and looking out over the turquoise sea. "Beautiful secluded property with amazing food and amenities. Most of the staff was extremely kind and attentive. I have two downsizes however that stopped me from giving 5 stars. The power went in and out and we had no A/C 2 out of 3 nights stay and even though it wasn't the resorts fault I think they could have offered something for inconvenience of having two nights of uncomfortable sleep (ie partial room refund, free menu item etc). Also some of the dinner staff just stays on their phones...
