"Great little hotel less than 10 mins from the theatres, and just round the corner from the British museum, nice cosy restaurant on with great aircon, be wary of booking breakfast via hotels.com though as this was not passed on to them. Luckily they were very good about it and it got sorted out. There is another Radisson Blu opposite which confused us as they are both on the corner of Bloomsbury st and great russel street."

Upon check-in, the staff member said “we have you for one night” when in fact our booking was for three nights. A minor slip perhaps but, noted. At time of check-out the two staff members operating were focused entirely on their screens and keyboards… We didn’t receive any form of greeting or an explanation as to what was occuring. "We were bumped by the Grange Blooms hotel into their less attractive but nearby sister hotel, the Grange Whitehall. Great location, but a very average hotel, falling apart a bit."

"I liked the area & the convenience. The staff was always courteous & lovely. The hotel is old, and while the lobby area is welcoming and roomy, the rooms themselves are tiny. Not the kind of hotel you'd spend extra time at, as there just isn't much space. But we were there in London to sight-see & see friends, so it was perfect & affordable for us. I'd stay there again!"
