The room was very spacious and the staff were very helpful in answering all of our questions and keeping our bags safe. The hotel is in a fantastic location with the British Museum a two minute walk away and lots of food and drink options in nearby Covent Garden. The room was nice and quiet considering the central location and there were great supplies of toiletries and refreshments.

Unfortunately the hotel couldn’t offer us the family deluxe room we had booked and paid for. They offered us 2 standard rooms which forced me and my wife to sleep apart to accompany our 13yr old son. We received a ‘sorry’ at reception and when complaining to the manager (who never spoke to us), they offered us 20% discount on our room, which we accepted. Room was clean, staff at breakfast were nice and ideal location to explore central London.

Really nice room, with coffee and water being filled up. We realky enjoyed that. Only anoying thing was that the tap was dripping and the closethlight couldn't be turned off. We also missed hangers in the bathroom for towels and robe while bathing. It's not really nice to need to but your towel on the toilet.

We booked this hotel specifically for the location, as it was near our areas of interest. We were able to walk easily to the theater, and to the British museum. We found varied dining options and shops easily within walking distance as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well-stocked, and we were able to have our coffee in the room together every morning. (VERY important to Americans!)

Close to subway stations, clean rooms, AMAZING bed and shower - wish I could take them home. The STAFF WERE THE BEST PART, when I say they care, they helped us find food for every meal, and even helped us fight our TFL ticket issue to make sure we had a pleasant experience of London. Truly kind and caring people. Again, those pillows were so perfect

Lovely room in a great location

Lovely room, in a great location. The room wasn't quite as nice as the pictures suggested it would be, but it was still very nice. Service was great and the gym had some great equipment for a little workout to start the day.
