"Lovely stay, fab hotel in the centre perfect for after the theatre, we did check in late so had to wait for someone to let us in (only 2 mins so no issue there) and then find our reservation despite me putting on my notes when booking we would be coming after the theatre (in total took less than 10 mins so not a big deal but we were tired and it stops it being 5 star in every area) otherwise super helpful, and everyone was really friendly, lovely hotel, we will look to stay again next time we come to London"
