"This is our fifth trip to London staying at the Three Quays. We definitely feel at home, but batter cared for :-) The apartments and building looking as clean as fresh as our first stay in 2015. The staff is warm and accommodating. We have one child with us and love having a 2bed / 2 bath but suite 1 V was large and accommodated a roll away easily. View was beautiful of the Shard. "Lovely hotel. Excellent customer service. Slight improvement required on the cleaning, few hairs around the bath tub but easily cleaned. The radio in the room didnt work but again no real issue. Sencond stay here, will stay again "

"Best hotel in London I’ve been at. Centrally located right at the top of the City, right near Liverpool Street. Easy connections to West End, Soho, Mayfair, everything. "Very comfortable, well appointed hotel. Soap/shampoo offerings better than what I'm used to in UK hotels. Breakfast was high quality though service in restaurant a bit slow. One caveat: Hotel entrance is from a courtyard off Devonshire Square and not visible from the street. Even London black cab drivers can't find it if they haven't been there before. Use 4 Devonshire Square address for cabs or Ubers than walk up steps into courtyard."
