"Incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful to us and so lovely with our children. We enjoyed the spacious room and the swimming pool was amazing. When we returned from being out in London the staff were so welcoming back and went above and beyond to make us have a wonderful luxurious stay. We didn’t do the breakfast and there are lots of cafes and restaurants near by. We particularly enjoyed itsu right outside! Recommend you walk up the road opposite the hotel to the quieter...

"Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, leider werden die Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt."

"The room is spacious and tidy but there is no USB charge plug at all in the room (room 744). I am from north America and the electric plug does not fit at all. I have inquired to the front desk and they have no knowledge . the manager need to come to my room to have a look. "Nettes Appartement mit viel Platz. Nett eingerichtet und sauber! Perfekte Lage direkt am Bahnhof Liverpoolstreet. Tower Bridge leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Würde ich wieder buchen für einen Städtetrip."

"Good stay"

"Good location and lovely breakfast with plenty of choices from the D.E. coffee machines, Rooms very clean and the tech is welcome"

"Lovely hotel, staff were helpful bar was very cool and it’s well located. Unfortunately rooftop pool wasn’t heated and that had been one of the attractions for us. Was also a lot of street noise Friday night into Saturday morning which lead to us having a very disturbed sleep despite silicon ear plugs. Would I stay again? If I wasn’t staying at a weekend then yes"
