"Booked a room 2 single beds and a double . Ended up with a room having double, sofa bed double and a chair single . The chair kept separating . We complained and next day we were moved into a more suitable bedded room - presume like one we had reserved. Cannot fault the staff for friendliness and helpfulness. Would recommend hotel and stay again."
