"The lobby is pleasant and inviting. The rooms are decent sized for this part of London. We arrived very early in the morning and no rooms were available for early check-in, but the staff offered complementary breakfast, an ample and well-chosen buffet. We experienced some serious construction noise above us toward the end of our stay. It would have been nice to be forewarned, but it was a relatively minor inconvenience."

"Lovely stay. Clean. Only issue it was a heatwave and no air conditioning although the staff kindly left a fan in the room, however it was still stifling hot. The room, and bathroom especially, look recently refurbished, maybe upgrading the windows to double glazing and air conditioning would be the icing on the cake. Overall though would definitely stay again, just at a time of year with no heatwaves. "
