"Great stay just outside the heart of Bergen's Bryggen area, right next to the fortress. We had no view out the window, but the business category room was a good size and bathroom very large for Europe. We also appreciated having laundry available (washer and dryer) on site, for a fee, for hotel guests. The building has no air conditioning, which was an issue when we stayed due to the July heatwave, but the front desk let us borrow a small fan which at least provided a tiny bit of moving air in the room."

"Staff at the front desk were very nice. Breakfast was amazing and staff at the cafeteria were very efficient. Easy walk to the center. Easy to find. Shops and restaurants nearby. Lobby was beautiful. Free coffee and tea at the ground floor of the building where my room was. "
