"Great location , staff (Mia Eleen). Were so friendly and super helpful ,made dinner resi for us , had taxi for us just great great service , the included breakfast was a nice option.. Lobby could use updating , it’s old Europe look Be aware power outlets are 220 thankfully front desk had some adaptors and saved the day for us . Hope to get back and would definitely stay here again. "

"I enjoyed this great & colorful hotel. Check in: fast 2 minutes. Location: excellent on a wide pedestrian street (100 meters from Tram stop Byparken – light train from/to the airport) 300m to the Harbor (restaurants, cruises, fish market) Downstairs there is a McDonald’s, coffee shop and a variety store. Bed & bedding: Very comfortable and soft (North Americans get use to no top sheet and single duvet) Room and bathroom are small (not Japan small) but liveable. The room is well equipped....

"The room was spacious and the bathroom was very nicely done with decorative tile. Overall the hotel has a historic charm. For a hotel this size, would have been nice to have more spaces to lounge other than the dining rooms. We found one little area to hang out with friends and hotel staff was nice to bring extra chairs for us. They provided umbrellas for all of us which was a big plus as it rained quite a bit while we visited. Reception was very friendly. Parking in nearby garage was okay"
