"We traveled from July 1–5 as a family group of 16 people. Upon arrival, we noticed the lobby air conditioning was not working. That night, our room was also very hot because the AC was not working. This happened not only to us but to all of our family's rooms. When we requested a room change, many other guests were also waiting for the same reason. "Clean well maintain rooms (we had the family room). Entertainment was on point. The food was “ok” with many choices. The staff was helpful and cordial. There was a lot for everyone to enjoy. They only thing I have to point out was that the hotel lacks a checking/out system. They seemed to still doing things by pen and paper which delays both processes and although you have to wait the staff is very apologetic and do everything to be sure they help you as best as they can."
