"Our stay was great- it’s in the middle of everything, it’s less expensive than many other hotels in the area, it was easy to travel with our dogs (we used one of the local doggie daycare places for a few hours while we were off adventuring), parking is close & easy, and the room was comfy."

"Room was clean close to amenities. The beach was beautiful. My only opinion is that the elevator wasn’t working so that there were only two working also the food was great but need more options for breakfast. Otherwise everything was great."

"The location is perfect. One block from the beach. The room is spacious but the furniture is not comfortable. The overall grounds and all the details just need to be maintained. Lots of potholes, weeds, and etc. This place could use a makeover and then it would be able to charge a little more. "

"The hotel was nice. Check in was efficient. Room was great. Microwave, fridge and coffee pot. My issue was with housekeeping. We were in Monterey for a baseball tourney. We booked for 2 nights. We left at 9am and returned at almost 10pm. I could tell housekeeping had been there. New towels in bathroom and one bed was made but my bed was half made. Hard to explain. The bottom was tucked (I always untuck so my feet can be free) but the top was still unmade and the trash wasn’t taken out. It’s...

"This is a beautiful property, one block from the ocean. It is a walkable area, with Uber as an option. The house was beautiful, and our cottage was nice. The mattress needs replaced, as there was not much support. The staff were friendly. I would stay here again. "
