"I liked how there was someone there 24/7, i love how every day there was cleaners that gave a quick wipe down in the bathroom and sweep of floor. The beds where spacious and comfortable especially as a bigger size female and alot of space in the room to store suitcases and bags under bed with small table and mirror in the room. The shower was excellent as you're able to turn it on and adjust the heating and shower head. There are some power sockets in the room I was staying there was two point...

"This is a hidden gem and the staff was extra generous and helpful to me in a tough situation, although beware that there is no entry after dark or very late check-ins as this is more of a family hotel. "The hotel is very convenient for visiting central London and in particular the main museums. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it's cheap compared to the other options. The area around the hotel is safe and relatively quiet and there are a number of good restaurants nearby. The room was clean but very small and there is nowhere to store any valuables. I didn't have any hot water in the shower which made for a refreshing experience!"

Other: typically small (I don't expect bigger for this type of place). Along with every other hotel in UK that's not a massive chain, poor water pressure. No real complaints. For the price, worth it.
