"The hotel was sufficient for our needs as we we stayed for 1 night. The room was spacious enough for 2 people. The shower and sink area was clean as well as the bedding. It's a short walk to Hounslow Central underground station with a Tesco Express right next door. Plus many food outlets about 1 or 2 minutes walk away. The area is safe enough. Just use common sense when walking around as with any other area of London. We would stay here again. "

"Stayed for 2 nights after a cruise. The hotel is in Terminal 4 at LHR and easy to get to; however, you need to select the correct bus to get there. We thought we had a free one, but found that it was not. By that time we were too tired to change buses and simply paid the fare.
