"Overnight stay while transiting through Heathrow airport. The room was clean, quiet and a good size. We didn’t avail ourselves of any of the restaurants so can’t comment but as a hotel room it was very good."

"A fantastic hotel with some great views and superb staff. Exterior looks dated but inside was lovely. Check in was quick and had such a warm welcome. Runway views are amazing and handy bus stop right outside. Only downside was the 1 poor.staff member serving in the restaurant. Took a while to place an order but she was running around so not her fault. Stayed here before and will def be back."

"Stayed a few nights before a very early flight. Easy to get to the hotel from Hatton Cross tube station, and that is free to get to from other Terminals. It's a big hotel so busy at times. Hallways are showing their age, but the rooms have been reasonably recently renovated so nice. Could hear people in the hallway which wasn't ideal. Staff were friendly if a little tired (was a busy time). Breakfast was okay but very busy."

"All I need was a clean room with Wifi, bed and shower As well as breakfast. With an early flight out of Heathrow the next morning I did not need anything fancy. The hotel is ideally situated a few minutes walk, via covered walkway, from Terminal 4 with easy access to other terminals via the underground. The room was minimalist but clean with all the facilities I needed. Breakfast was good with friendly and helpful staff."

"Quiet, comfortable and restful stay before our long gaul flight to Australia. Only a 30 minute easy commute to T3 via tunnel and train. Excellent breakfast."

"No complains. Overall it was great transit hotel. Pro: Location is perfect. Within the terminal. Easy to find. Very nice, clean, modern room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great! Worth the additional cost to get the food. Friendly staff. Check in was pretty smooth for how many already waiting. (Kiosk didn't work for us but someone helped us) Convenient with bars, cafe, restaurant and vending machines. "
