We were delighted to have an upgrade to a room with a view (a suite!) and to be greeted by the charming and helpful Devi on reception with her lovely smile. The concierge was also very friendly and helpful. "

I took the time to phone the hotel directly to let them know we would be arriving rather late…. I also requested a room with a bathtub which we were granted. "The Clermont is a beautiful hotel. It is a classic old style but feels very updated inside. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to Victoria Station since we flew in from Gatwick and the Gatwick Express ends there. It could not have been more convenient. There are a couple nice bars and restaurants and walkable to many other things. It is a little busy when you step out the door but as soon as you enter the hotel you feel detached from that hustle and bustle. We would definitely recommend the hotel"
