The Hotel needs some TLC, the sheets weren't in great condition and I'd suggest changing the black pillowcases and duvet covers. There was loud music outside in the evening but wid the windows closed it didn't cause us problems. The Hotel is cheap for London and coveniently located in front of a bus stop.
The hotel was well priced for what we got. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff where very helpful to accommodate our queries and requirements. We would stay here again.
Staff were very helpful to check in and storage of our luggage after checking out. Room was clean and tidy. To note - only issue we had was that we didn’t have water in the evening this was due to a burst pipe and Thames water were in attendance on the roadside outside. All was ok after

We booked this hotel as it’s only 5mi away from Wembley Station. It’s located near shops and the outside surroundings are clean. We had 2 double beds and the room was spacious, but it does need a few improvements, while it’s generally clean, there were a few spots they’ve missed- skirting boards and doors need to be wiped clean, the shower head needs decalcifying or replaced, pillows are quite old and duvet covers appear worn out- suggest keeping all covers in white so everything looks sharp and clean.
Easy to find hotel, close to amenities/trains/shops. Great size room for my solo stay, room was nice and clean, bed was quite rigid and uncomfortable but no other complaints at all. Very good budget stay.
this is a small, value hotel but I was very impressed with the staff - friendly and helpful.
The room was small but had everything I needed and, more importantly, was clean and had recently been decorated. I would certainly stay here again. My only criticism was the shower was quite weak.
Lovely little budget hotel. No bother at all and they let me park my car early which was a life saver. Beds were clean, toilet was clean. Tv worked and it was super close to the bus stop into central London.
We didn't try the food from the sister restaurant but it would have been easy enough to do so if we had wanted to.
Would use again
Very pleasant chap on reception and helpful, nice size room, good size shower too, all clean and nicely maintained, bed comfy and warm room, happily stay again

Bedroom was clean.
Bathroom floor, walls and ceiling need some attention.
I wasn't satisfied with my stay at the 261 hotel.
The hotel didn't smell good and the room took.
The bedsheets, the pillows and the blanket were provided were not clean .
There was no feeling of freshness.
The staff was friendly and kind,
The location was good.
The value for money not good because
In this price I found better accomodation.
Going as a family of 2 adults and 2 children for a overnight stay, our experience was very good .The kerb appeal of the hotel looks good .Andre on reception was very helpful and welcoming.
Our apt was in no 5.The room has two double beds ,shower room and toilet.we didn't have any problems with hot water
Kettle ,large cups,glasses ,small fridge ,tea ,coffee,biscuits .towels,soap. T.v
The room was clean and the beds were firm ,ok for me my husband found it a bit too firm.
The price we paid was a good reflection of our stay ,we would stay again.
Breakfast was at the Napoli restaurant down the road, only tea,or coffee with a brioche bun with ham ,looked lovely but not my type of breakfast.
All in a very good stay .
Very busy area.good transport links for bus travel.

Great place to stay in a great part of London, easy to get into the city centre and walkable to Shepherd's Bush Market tube station.
The room was good, not too much noise from the road outside and parking is secure and well priced.
Easy check in and staff were great, will use again for sure.
