The staff here was very helpful and we had a wonderful experience here. The front desk employee from Brazil, I believe her name was Carol, was very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were very clean and nice. We also enjoyed the location, and we loved the jamaican restaurant nearby!

The Star hotel was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and it is close to everything. I would stay here again.

Very nice - albeit fairly small (not unusual for London!) - room with modern and clean bathroom. The hotel itself is well positioned near bars, restaurants, local shops and a 10-15 minute walk to Hammersmith underground and bus stations.

Nice neighborhood with restaurants all around and a tesco a couple of blocks for any other items needed. Hammersmith station is a short walk to get to tube. Hotel was older but cute and clean.

Hotel is clean and pleasant. Comfortable bed & shower facilities. The neighbouring room guests were noisy & not respectful. Also note it’s near a police station so can be noisy if you’re a light sleeper.

When we arrived we were a bit early for the 2:00 pm check in. The staff kindly stored our bags so we didn’t have to carry them around any more. We came back a few hours later and were given a nice room. It was very clean and the bathroom was updated and beautifully clean. The neighbourhood was nice and our room was at the back of the hotel so was also quiet. We were near the Hammersmith tube station which was great for coming from the airport and also getting around the city. My daughter and I had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a small fridge as we are travelling with a budget and mostly ate meals from grocery stores. However, the hotel is near a big Tesco grocery store which allowed us to go there in the evening when we got back from our daily adventures. The front desk staff was always friendly.
