Clean room, brand new bathroom facilities, had air conditioning (which we so appreciated during the London heat wave). Great area with lots of food options close by on Queensway.
Our girls loved this room and hotel. The employees were very friendly and took excellent care of them even giving them a portable air conditioner in the crazy heat refilling their water as much as they needed.
Honestly, looks exactly like the photos. Was surprisingly so clean despite other reviews. NO ONE WAS EVER AT THE FRONT DESK. EVER. LOL so don't expect any help during the stay. Otherwise, was great.

Property was fresh, modern, small rooms admittedly and main light did not work this was reported but never sorted during my stay and no apology or discount offered
Will not recommend to stay here. Room is hot and study, sheets and towels were stained (not clean) and the room lights went out twice during the stay - took awhile for them to fix the lights back on). Checked out 2 days earlier cos couldn’t take it , and hotel refused to refund the 2 nights

I would not recommend this hotel. There were doors banging and slamming all throughout the night. I’ve never had such a poor night’s sleep in any hotel. I overheard a couple complaining at 4.30am and the staff member saying “he only works there”. No one on reception when I checked out so I was unable to raise the issue with them myself. May have been different on another floor but they clearly know that guests staying on the ground floor between reception and the front door are going to get very little sleep.
