"First of all thanks to Stephanie in Vanderbilt Radisson Blu, we booked twin bed room but when we reached to hotel , it was fully booked and not available ... Stephanie helped us to solve problem and she sent us to do Hampshire Radisson Blu in central London. She even insisted to pay taxi fee from Vanderbilt to Hampshire... When we checked out from hotel, she also called us whether everything was good during stay , we are happy to stay at Radisson Blu in London. We will back to Vanderbilt after...

"I really only stayed for a few hours, butbit was close to my car rental return. Bed was comfy. Hotel staff helpful and was easy to get transfer to T3."

"Nice friendly staff room service had put no water or tea bags and toilet roll in my room had to request for him via phone nice clean room and very nice breakfast the Spa was nice the changing rooms were dirty lockers broken broken tiles and water machine not working showers were poor no shower soap exposed wires and pipes above ceiling very old needs to be knocked down and rebuild very poor changing facititys for a 4 star hotel very poor basement changing facilities health and safety issues need...

"Clean, new, good sized rooms, good breakfast included, perfect location - easy to get to all attractions in London and right next to Victoria station - big hub to get to/from airport and other trains. Staff was friendly and was able to get our room ready early after an overnight flight. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. "

"A little outdated and in need of a little TLC, basic but clean and comfortable. While it's not on the doorstep of Heathrow, it’s an airport hotel and as such should be prepared for guests arriving at all hours. Got there shortly before midnight. Nice friendly receptionist but when I asked about the bar, I was told everything was closed (apart from special service for flight crew) but could order an Uber Eats. I assumed there would be a vending machine or at least a bottle of water in my room...

"Excellent hotel! Spacious rooms, daily cleaning service, all the staff very friendly. Only in the bathroom you could see rusty parts that made it feel dirty but it was clean. The bathrooms needed an update. The breakfast buffet was very complete and delicious. We really enjoyed the bar and the music show at night. Excellent location with plenty of shopping and transportation options. "
