"We had an excellent stay. Room was clean, linens fresh, premises spotless. I only dealt with one staff member, Kevin. He immediately recognized my 9 year old neurodivergent needs. He knew a room by the elevator would be loud and busy for him. He graciously offered to move us to a more quieter side of the hotel. For this, I am completely grateful. My son has problems falling asleep somewhere where it isn't home and having to deal with sounds would have turned out to be a very stressful night. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
