"We had a lovely stay @ the Inn at the Cove. Martin greeted us with a glass of white wine and provided us with all the info we needed. He patiently responded to all of our inquiries and gave us all the details. Later in the afternoon, he found out that there were two reservations for each room under my name for the same dates. With his point, I coild contact Hotels.com and solve the issue and get my refund. If he had not noticed that I would have been charged for 4 rooms instead of 2.\Will definitely stay there next time I am in Pismo Beach.
