The remodel was still in-progress when I stayed. My room was one where the remodel was complete. The room was clean, the finishes were nice and the fixtures were up-to-date.

It was an okay stay for the price. I had a renovated room while other rooms were being remodeled. Luckily I wake early because I literally had a worker with a loud table saw RIGHT IN FRONT of my door at 7AM. The rooms look bigger on the pictures. It has a definite mom and pop feeling as you can tell the owners live on site. I could smell their cooking. For the price I would probably stay there again.

very clean it was new but no closet to hang anything no dresser to put away anything bath tub had nothing soap dish no bar to get in and out had 2 hooks in bathroom . Bed was very comfortable bathroom was beautiful but n convenient for us. Maybe when construction is finished it may be better

FALSE ADVERTISING! First, this isn’t a hotel, it is a motel. Second, they falsely advertise that all rooms have Tempur-Pedic beds; they DO NOT. I work in the mattress industry, and I brought this up with the front desk. The owner of the motel avoided the question about the mattresses and had no answers regarding the false advertising. In addition, this motel is still under construction. The place looks modern but the work is, and the materials used are extremely shoddy. The TV Was so poorly mounted I didn’t dare try it. There is VERY low water pressure. The room is dirty and “housekeeping” isn’t every day, and they don’t do much. AC works but heater does not, so I was feeezing one night. There is nowhere to store clothes (tiny little rolling rack only). Instead of a refrigerator, the room had a wine cooler. The neighborhood is very loud and the motel is in the bad part of town. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything outside. I was there for a week on business and hardly slept because of the constant noise. No amenities whatsoever. A place like this should cost maybe $75-90 per night AT MOST. I wouldn’t stay here again for free. Avoid.

Property is Under construction, everything is being remodeled. Its nice, but a lot of dust,and not clean as you would expect, and you pay full price as any other.

The hotel was still under construction but the room was beautiful and comfortable. I appreciated that they had memory foam pillows. Looking forward to staying here again next year. It will be beautiful once construction is finished.

Room was remodeled very nicely and it was very clean and comfortable. Although it directly faces the road so the road noise a little loud. The hotel might be able to help by using a sound proof strip along the doors. The AV unit was also new, but it didn’t get very cold. The hotel might need to replace the coolant in the main unit.

New Renovations, good size room.
Traveled to Santa Maria last minute for a Cruise night. This place is only 1.5 miles from end of parade which was perfect location to watch it from. Photo down below Pros: We were probably the First guest in this new room. Our Room was nice and spacious. Each room has new AC unit, microwave and beverage fridge. Beds and pillow were super comfortable, water was Hot for showers and plenty of towels for two people one night stay. Con: Floors needed to be mopped, our bare feet and socks kept getting dirty. Our room was located downstairs, so you could hear the people above us walking around and moving furniture at 6:30am walking up and down the stairs packing their car to leave. I’m not used to apartment living or having someone stay above me so it was bothersome and woke me up several times. Suggestion: Might want to consider adding shades or blinds to small windows by bed, some/me prefer black out shades to sleep in a bit on vacation. Overall stay was enjoyable, they are doing their best to accommodate guest during their remodel.
