Clean, great price, super pleasant staff. Judging by the name you'd think there'd be sand everywhere in the room. Not the case. Surprisingly clean. Bit noisy with street traffic in morning but maybe ask for back bldg away from street. Got in at midnight so didnt see until morning but next door was a liquor/convenience/deli. Less than a minute drive to the main Pismo Beach access. Took kid surf fishing in morning. We are used to more hotels in SLO than motels, but we would 100% book a room here again. Generally speaking, no negatives, only positives! Thanks!

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of this Inn. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had nice hot water. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly and all requests for items were brought to the room quickly. We would stay here again.
