"Hotel was very clean. Staff were courteous & welcoming. Rooms seemed like they were recently renovated. Overall great experience."

"Staff were not helpful in our plate. In fact, they were dismissive and walked away. The female went and told another female to come help us. We had our door tried to be breached several times during the night there. I had called the desk and asked them if by chance one of them had tried to come in on accident. A gentleman said he didn’t know why someone was trying our door knob. When I told them the next morning when we were leaving on an early checkout, they refuse to refund our money for the following day that we were not going to be there."

"Our stay was a quick overnight stay while traveling north. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower was in good with plenty of hot water and a good spray. We did not use our heater or air conditioner. We had enough light weight blanket to stay toasty. I would recommend the Villa Motel as a good place to stay. It met all our needs and the price was great."

"For the most part the stay was good, it was quiet and the room was ok. The door leading out of the room lead to a drop-off at the edge of the walkway, so if you weren't careful, you could step off a high edge and take a fall and injure yourself. I had to have the hotel get a safety cone to put in front, so I didn't accidently walk off that edge and injure myself. The shower head in our room was fixed so you could not adjust it, if you were 6'6" tall it's not a problem but for anyone else the shower water is spraying right over your head. If we had a different room the stay might have been better. "

"I have stayed her in the past twice this was my third time booking THOUGH EXPEDIA and lo and behold there is a brand new $10 parking Fee, per day, including the day of checkout. I’m a night owl, there is no security an occasional user walking talking to god, no one checks, and what if they tow a guest visitings’ car? Uncool HILTON THIS ISNT NEW YORK, it’s an agricultural town. You didn’t disclose it in you reservation description. I’m sending this out to tell say no you don’t have a car. Park and sue when the tow."

"Liked the pre-check in through text, was able to tell them we'd be checking in later at 8pm. There was a mistake on their part and the room was being cleaned when we arrived, so they offered us some free drinks in the cantina. 20 mins later we took our drinks to our lovely room. Great customer service and a very nice hotel and suite."
