"We had a two-night stay booked. When we walked through the front doors and saw no flooring, a black plastic sheet hanging and construction noise we were in disbelief that the hotel was being renovated. We had no advance warning. Our room was not ready but the front desk clerk finally found us a suite - she asked if we wanted a suite - we said yes we do - we had paid for it in advance. When we got to the room there were ants on the counter under the TV, the A/C-Heating unit in the bedroom was...

"Comfortable bed and room."

"Stayed for a work trip as a woman traveler. Felt very safe."

"Very clean, helpful staff, and great location! Would definitely stay again."

"Room was well appointed and breakfast was great."

"CLUB ROOM"

"staff was wonderful pool looked like it needs some paintin but was spotlessly clean as was our room. Breakfast was a treat fresh made scones real eggs"

"The property is located in a nice greater Richmond area. We came for the weekend for the RVA Tattoo Convention. The lobby area is clean and inviting. We did use the bar; the service was good and quick. As we walked in to check in; there was no one at the front desk. We wait and a lady came out and said she would be right with us. "Would have enjoyed my shower more if the water was hotter. Overall. Very nice stay."

"Very nice stay, highly recommend."

"You have to pay for breakfast and it's awkward. It's self serve but somebody will come put down a receipt with a tip line? If you get put in an adjoining room, you can hear everything and there's nothing they will do about this. But it was clean and there was a hot tub"

"The staff was the highlight of the property. Room was fairly clean but not quite as clean as I would prefer. Regardless, I’d stay here again based on the customer service."

"This was a really great place to stay for a quick trip to Richmond. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty of parking on site (although you did have to pay a small daily parking fee which was unexpected). The buffet breakfast was well done, and coffee was always available in the lobby. Rooms were clean and quiet. Located in Henrico suburbs, between Short Pump and Richmond City, but very easy access to I64/I95. Would definitely recommend if you have a car."
