Hi! This was the worst hotel stay we had in more than a decade. Toilet was broken and we had ants in the room. We found trash under the bed and the room service left full trash bags on the desk. We were here with a group of people and they had dirty rooms as well. The service was not responsive at all except for the lady doing the breakfast. Overall the facilities were very dirty (pool, carpets, etc). Stay away!

We’ve stayed here multiple times to visit a local family member. Beds are comfortable. It’s quiet. Staff are friendly. Food is decent. Close to so many things. We will continue to stay at this property.
